Is There A Refund Policy?

These are packages with a high level of service. It is nearly impossible to "undo" the production and "unlearn" the coaching information. It is also nearly impossible to "return" the digital content and ensure copies are not maintained after purchase. Therefore, all sales are final.

How Long Do I Have Access To The Coaching?

As long as you are an active member in good standing with the Podcast Profits Concierge or Podcast Coaching Plus Production programs, you will have access to the coaching that accompanies those programs. You also have access to the Podcast Profits Accelerator while your account is active and in good standing.

The Basic Podcast Production package has no coaching support.
